We want every Avanchy customer to feel confident with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the return process must be started or Avanchy must be contacted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In new, resellable condition
In the original packaging
Returned with all parts, accessories, lids, suction bases, inserts, and original product components included
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts or packaging.
The fastest way to start a return is through your Avanchy account.

Returns should not be sent back without return authorization. Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
For eligible returns using our prepaid return label, a flat $7 return-label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers may also choose to ship the return back using their own trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund has been processed.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Clearance items
Final sale items
Used or washed items
Items not in original packaging
Items missing parts, lids, suction bases, accessories, or product components
Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace
Items purchased from Amazon, Babylist, Target, Walmart, or another retail partner must be returned through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us at Help@Avanchy.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos, packaging details, or other order information.
If the issue is verified as an Avanchy error, we will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Avanchy error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item shipped.
Returns that are used, washed, missing parts, damaged, or not in original packaging may be refused or may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the eligible item and place a new order for the item you would like.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, an approved return may be refunded as a gift credit or electronic credit code.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
To protect customers and ensure returns are processed accurately, Avanchy may verify returned packages, product condition, item count, and package details before approving a refund.
This helps us confirm that the correct item was returned and that the product meets the return eligibility requirements.
