"A research study at the university of oxford found that the prettier a dish looks, the better it seems to taste. They tested this on adults but I don’t think its any different for our littles.
The meals I prepare for my son are not anything fancy and don’t have any fancy ingredients in them, I just try to arrange everything in a way that it looks somewhat nice and ever since I’ve been doing this he has been eating very well which must mean it tastes good.
It may sound silly but I feel as if my son appreciates it.
I imagine I’m not the only parent who questioned at one point or another how do I get my toddler to eat more veggies?"
